Terms of service
User Agrement:
This user agreement is the only contract signed between you as customer and e currency exchanger (mdexchanger) as company owner. If you are not satisfied with our terms and conditions then you should not used our service.
1). Once you create an order on over website then its final no change will take place.
2). We are not responsible if you sent us wrong information regarding your bank.
3). Our order processing usually takes 1 hour during office timing and maximum 24 hours.
4). We allow accepts payments from banks that are under your own name.
5). We have right to change our fees with the rate of stock up and down.
6). Rates mentioned on homepage does not include our commissions we usually charge 4% to 5% on deposit orders and 2 to 3% on withdrawal orders.
7). All deals are full and final. There is no refund option is E Wallet system so be careful.
8). Third party strictly not allowed. Your Easypaisa, Jazzcash or bank account must be under your own name.
KYC (know you customer):
If you are a depositor to our banks then you have to verify your identity as we do not allow payments from third person wallet. Only online inter bank fund transfer is accepted. ATM and cash deposit is not accepted.
